Deine Aufgaben: Entgegennahme von Serviceanfragen und Vorfällen am Service Desk sowie die entsprechende Bewertung und Klassifizierung der eingehenden Anliegen Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des technischen 1st Level-Supports selbständige Analyse von Problemen und Bearbeitung von Tickets, einschließlich der kontinuierlichen Nachverfolgung der zugeordneten Tickets Installation und Betreuung sowie Verwaltung verschiedener Applikationen aktive Mitarbeit in der Benutzerverwaltung und -pflege Verwaltung unserer MDM-Lösung für iOS und Android Geräte Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen für den IT-Helpdesk Dein Profil: abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik/IT- Systemelektronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation erste Berufserfahrungen von Vorteil fundierte Kenntnisse über Telefonanlagen, SIP‑Trunks und Sprachkanäle hohe Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft sowie eine zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise umfangreiche praktische Kenntnisse in der Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Infrastrukturen vertiefte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Produkten sowie Microsoft 365, einschließlich deren Anwendung in bestehenden Systemlandschaften grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkinfrastruktur wünschenswert Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Lernbereitschaft sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse, mind.
