Main Responsibilities: • Post incoming payments and manage vendor accounts • Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger • Assist in preparing balance confirmations and reports • Support month-end activities and documentation • Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims in accordance with company policies • Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts • Prepare and execute regular payment runs (wires, ACH, checks) • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues • Assist with AP month-end closing, including journal entries and accruals • Maintain accurate AP ledger records and support general ledger integrity • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues • Support internal and external audit requirements with documentation • Contribute to the improvement of AP procedures and participate in system/process updates What makes you stand out • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in AP or accounting • Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting principles • Detail-oriented with good time management skills • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and organizational skills • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities • Experience in a high-volume or shared services AP environment • Attention to detail. • Advanced English language skills, German is a plus.
