The role also includes managing quality queries and reporting for all ten Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and maintaining strong relationships with NHS Contract Managers and Commissioners. Working closely with satellite services, local NHS Consultants and internal teams—including the Patient Services Manager, Quality Manager, Finance Officer and General Manager—the position supports effective contract management, timely responses to patient enquiries and continuity of care across commissioned services.
To support this, the Facilities & Maintenance Manager will take responsibility for the full range of site services across the Belfast campus, including but not limited to site security, cleaning, waste management, landscape maintenance, pest control, office and plant relocations, building services maintenance, and asset/equipment upkeep.
The Role: The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational leadership of the clinic, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality, and patient-centred service delivery. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), the role leads all clinic operational teams (Patient Support, Nursing, and Lab) and is accountable for workforce performance, operational effectiveness, patient experience, complaints management, and service standards.
