Arbeitstag Förderung von Qualifikationen Ihre Aufgaben: Als Montageorganisator sind Sie für das fachliche Onboarding aller neuen Mitarbeitenden im Bereich der Produktion zuständig und erstellen je nach Rollenprofil angepasste Einarbeitungspläne Gemeinsam mit der Produktions- und Teamleitung erstellen Sie individuell benötigte Trainings- sowie Schulungspläne und verantworten deren Weiterentwicklung Mithilfe des Einarbeitungs- und Schulungsplans erstellen Sie mit den betreffenden Fachteilungen einen zeitlichen Durchlaufplan, angepasst auf das benötigte Rollenprofil Sie organisieren am Standort Schwäbisch Hall die Aufenthalte der Auslandsmonteure und Servicetechniker und sind erster Ansprechpartner für die Schulungsteilnehmer aus den Service-Hubs Sie organisieren die Schulungen und die Trainings für die Mitarbeiter aus der Produktion, sowie für unsere Servicetechniker und Auslandsmonteure Sie organisieren und verwalten den Leihnotebook-Pool unserer Produktionsmitarbeiter Sie organisieren die Schulungen für unsere internen Mitarbeiter und verwalten und pflegen die Schulungsnachweise unserer Produktionsmitarbeiter Sie organisieren die Zuweisungen der UWEB Schulungen unserer Produktionsmitarbeiter.
