YOUR TASKS • Organize, conduct, and document safety briefings and site inspections on Nordex construction sites • Advise and support all stakeholders on construction sites in all HSE-related matters • Conduct incident investigations and define necessary corrective actions • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and further develop the HSE management system • Implement customer specific HSE requirements and ensure compliance • Review documents such as qualification matrices or RAMS • Process HSE tickets and provide clear follow up communication • Participate in meetings with customers, external service providers, and authorities YOUR PROFILE • Several years of experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist on construction sites or equivalent • Completed training in occupational safety or a technical profession is an advantage • Strong assertiveness, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset • Very good English skills and good German skills (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and wind farms across Germany • Physically fit and certified for working at heights • Valid class B driver’s license
