After successful completion of the training program, you will be responsible for: Prospecting, hunting, winning and retaining new customers for DHL Global Forwarding within assigned region. Assessing customer needs, and match these with DHL's services to acquire new business.Upselling additional services to the existing client base to increase volume and sales revenue.Meeting and exceeding all sales goals as directed by the Sales and Marketing organization.Using a strategic sales planner to optimize time and territory management.Providing services information and following up on quotes to close business.
Furthermore, you will be involved in the planning and further development of new services and processes, for example by conducting research or preparing initial concept drafts.Another element of your role is the creation of profitability, revenue, and sales volume analyses for products within the eMobility portfolio.
Participate in tenders, including preparation, submission, and follow-up. Support office-based (customer service) teams with customer security requests, complaints, or payment questions. Ensure accurate internal reporting through CRM systems.
Very high attention to detail Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence in communicating to customers at all levels, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and be an ambassador of the team.
