Als Buchhalter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt DATEV-Administration sind Sie ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Finanzteams im Bereich Social and Health Care.
Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams im Bereich der Bereitstellung und Wartung von Softwaresystemen aus dem Umfeld Open-Source-Client-Server-Software sowie Automatisierungen Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder durch regelmäßiges Feedback und Mitarbeitergespräche Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Aufgaben sowie Zielen im Teamalltag Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Projekte und technischer Anforderungen Damit beeindruckst du uns: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter Erfahrung mit den täglichen Herausforderungen in der IT-Service-Bereitstellung und Softwareentwicklung Erfahrungen im Bereich DevOps sind von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit Linux als Betriebssystem und Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Containerisierung und Cloud Computing Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Dein Umfeld bei Hetzner: Bei Hetzner Online erwarten dich spannende, anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben.
Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich: Bearbeitung und Lösung technischer Anfragen rund um unsere Hosting- und Cloud-Produkte – per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem Analyse und eigenständige Behebung von Störungen – bei Bedarf in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen Dokumentation von Lösungen und aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Wissensdatenbank Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Services Freundliche, verständliche und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden Damit beeindruckst du uns: Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse, idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Hosting, Rechenzentrum oder Serveradministration Erfahrung im technischen Support ist super – aber auch Quereinsteiger mit Lernbereitschaft sind herzlich willkommen!
