We are looking for a new colleague – Manager of the Shift Team within our Server Services Operations Department at DHL IT Services. You will be responsible for global 1st level IT operations support globally. About your role: -Take responsibility for managing of global shift team (located in Prague, Kuala Lumpur and Chennai) and for the appropriate management actions to keep services within defined SLAs and quality parameters specified in KPIs; -Manage infrastructure services in terms of Incident, Change and Problem Management process; -Cooperate with all relevant functions (2nd line Operations teams, Engineering, Service Desk, Facility, Solution Support, Network etc.) are operational, co-coordinating and escalating major issues/incidents on behalf of Server Services Operations; -Direct reporting to Head of Server Services Operations.

YOUR TASKS • Organize, conduct, and document safety briefings and site inspections on Nordex construction sites • Advise and support all stakeholders on construction sites in all HSE-related matters • Conduct incident investigations and define necessary corrective actions • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE programs and further develop the HSE management system • Implement customer specific HSE requirements and ensure compliance • Review documents such as qualification matrices or RAMS • Process HSE tickets and provide clear follow up communication • Participate in meetings with customers, external service providers, and authorities YOUR PROFILE • Several years of experience as an Occupational Safety Specialist on construction sites or equivalent • Completed training in occupational safety or a technical profession is an advantage • Strong assertiveness, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset • Very good English skills and good German skills (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and wind farms across Germany • Physically fit and certified for working at heights • Valid class B driver’s license
