The Role As the central point of coordination within our Cambridge office, you will: Act as the first point of contact for the office, handling incoming calls and emails professionally and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Manage and qualify incoming sales enquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team. Serve as the primary contact for after-sales service enquiries in the UK, coordinating next steps including appointment scheduling and material deliveries.
